The hotel is only a short drive away from the entrance to Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur, among the birdiest nature reserves we've ever visited anywhere in the world.
Although the hotel staff were pleasant and friendly, they were very disorganised, e.g. not having our room ready even though we arrived in the late afternoon, misplacing our room key in a pile of papers on the reception desk, not having anyone around who knew how to take a credit card payment when we checked out, not having breakfast ready half an hour after the scheduled start time, forgetting about a broken fixture that they took away from our room to repair, and so on.

Fantastic place with really nice staff. Rooms are good with nice view .Restaurant serves good food. Drinks with bonfire along with puppet show was real fun. Staff is efficient ( they arranged station pick up in no time ) .
